Understanding prayer times in Jakarta

Jakarta uses the Kemenag convention already available in Salati and Asia/Jakarta, the time zone for western Indonesia. This clock does not represent central or eastern Indonesia. The times are calculated rather than copied from an official daily timetable. Greater Jakarta covers a wide area, so check your district and mosque schedule if minute differences matter.

Sunrise is not an obligatory prayer. The mosque sets iqamah, which may follow adhan. The main app lets you change calculation method, Asr convention and location settings.
